Particular Jarama #10528 Beginning 2007 among my research, I’ve discovered a Lambo collector – Car Trader in Netherlands selling part of his collection. He was also offering #10528 for a while. The car was standing in its restored condition since 1985 even if it has already caught small “traces” of times. This one was interesting to me because of its nice history, including bills file and pictures of restoration. Still focusing on my ex Jarama, I’ve left it for 6 months before coming back with my mechanic in order to check at it. Since a few weeks it’s now into my hands. It was first delivered in Germany to Hubert Hahne – Dusseldorf in September 1974, as VIN plates are still in German. Its original colour was brown with olive green full leather and grey carpets. Then it was imported & registered in Netherlands by second owner Mr. Evers from Rotterdam, very shortly. Third owner keep it for a while Mr. Caris from Breugel. Then, Jeroen van Ham, fourth and previous owner kept it from 1983 until 2006. He bought it as a wrecked car on front and back, a kind of “sandwich” traffic accident. Then, he’s started to restore it and it took him 2 years to achieve his “procession”, from 1983 to 1985.
In addition to that, all the Lambo bills are also recorded with the Lambo parts references. Not abused since engine rebuilt, only +/- 3.000 km were covered over 10 first years, but the 10 following years it didn’t move so much. In 2006, Jeroen made his choice to sell #10528, leaving it into new hands that should take care of it. I’m very pleased to have made my decision on buying this Jarama GTS. A full maintenance service has just been done in addition to rear suspension fixing details...
